Note:

Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
Security is required after 6pm and or for any party in which teenagers (ages 13-18) outnumber adults in attendance. No alcohol is allowed at Community Centers. Management reserves the right to assign the number of officers needed to manage the event.
