Note:

Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
Security is required after 6pm, at any event in which alcohol will be served and for any party in which teenagers (ages 13-18) outnumber adults in attendance. Management reserves the right to assign the number of officers needed to manage the event. All checks must be payable to the City of Gadsden and mailed to PO Box 267 Gadsden, AL 35902, include DL# on the check.
