Includes Downtown Civic Center Auditorium, Tea room, Pitman Theatre, and Waterwall. For more information call 256-549-4675. The standard rental rate for an event for 12 hours is $3000. Please call for additional rates such as residential or holiday. An additional refundable damage deposit will be required at time of reservation. All rentals based upon availability.
Note:
Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
If your address has changed, it is your responsibility to give us address change for refund.
All checks must be payable to the City of Gadsden and mailed to PO Box 267 Gadsden, AL 35902, include DL# on the check.
