Banks Park Meeting Center is open by reservation only.
Banks Park Meeting Center will accommodate a party of up to 90, tables and chairs are provided. It also has access to outside walking track and playground. Banks Park meeting center is perfect for baby/bridal showers, family get-togethers , business meetings and educational/training classes. For more information call 256-549-4675. Standard rental rate for private event: $100 per hours with 2 hour minimum. Please call for additional rates such as Residential or Commercial.
Note:
Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
If your address has changed, it is your responsibility to give us address change for refund.
Security is required after 6pm, at any event. Security reserves the right to assign the number of officers needed to manage the event.
