This juried show will feature ONLY hand-made, original arts and crafts only. SCREEN PRINT SHIRTS, TUMBLERS, FRESHIES OR OTHER LIKE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO re-sale of 3rd party items will be accepted. WHITE or BLACK TENT REQUIRED. The show will be located at beautiful Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, AL on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and Sunday, May 4th 2025 (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) This is an outdoor event, rain or shine, and there are a limited number of spaces available. No refunds are given for weather or cancelations after April 21st, 2025. You can wait until you are accepted to pay or if you pay at registration and are not accepted we will send you a full refund. ALL applications must include 5 photographs of previous booth space and examples of work and/or crafts to be sold. Please include in this email a video or typed description of how your work is made. Acceptance letters will be sent by April 14th, 2025, registration must be paid by April 21st, 2025. Photos can be sent to noccalulafalls@cityofgadsden.com or mail to City of Gadsden, Noccalula Falls Park, PO Box 267 Gadsden, AL 35902.
FOOD Business License: A City of Gadsden Business License from the Revenue Department is required for food vendors only. For info call 256-549-4557.
Arts and Craft vendor do NOT have to obtain a business license in 2025. You will be paying a $10 permit fee along with your registration and do not have to call the revenue dept. If you already have a business license with the CITY OF GADSDEN you do not have to pay this permit fee. EVERYONE is required to remit sales tax by calling Avenu Insights and Analytics 1-800-556-7274.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, WHITE or BLACK tent, etc. WIFI is NOT provided. If you do not have a white tent you can rent a 10x10 with side walls for $45 from us. We will set the tent up and take it down. Be sure to add the tent in registration.
