Located in downtown Gadsden, the Pitman Theatre is available for rental of private parties, proms, etc. Standard rental rate for private events: $700 for 6 hours or $1200 for 12 hours, please call for additional rates such as resident or holiday. An additional damage deposit is required at time of booking.
Note:
Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
Security is required after 6pm, at any event in which alcohol will be served and for any party in which teenagers (ages 13-18) outnumber adults in attendance. Management reserves the right to assign the number of officers needed to manage the event. All checks must be payable to the City of Gadsden and mailed to PO Box 267 Gadsden, AL 35902, include DL# on the check.
