Note:

Facility Rental Refunds and Cancellations will be issued on the following scale:
Cancellations at least 90 days from the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations at least 30 days from the event will receive a 50% refund or a full household credit to be used within one year of when the credit was issued.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the event will not receive a refund or a 50% household credit.
All checks must be payable to the City of Gadsden and mailed to PO Box 267 Gadsden, AL 35902, include DL# on the check.
